  • 4 small tortillas
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 4 slices of cheddar
  • Oil for frying
  • Romaine lettuce for topping
For the dip
  • 1 heaped tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sweet ketchup
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped pickles incl. water
  • ⅓ tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 clove of garlic

Divide the minced meat into 4 equal portions and spread each evenly and flatly on a tortilla. The meat layer should cover the entire surface.

Heat a pan, add some oil, and let it get hot briefly.

Place the tortilla meat-side down in the pan so that the meat fries directly on the hot surface.

Fry over medium heat for a few minutes until the meat is well cooked.

Then carefully flip the tortilla, reduce the heat, and place a slice of cheddar on the meat.

Continue frying briefly until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown and slightly crispy.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.

Meanwhile, prepare the dip: Mix all ingredients into a creamy sauce.

Spread the finished Big Mac Tacos with the sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped romaine lettuce.
