Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans (approx. 400 g)
  • 8 pieces Wheat Tortillas 24cm

Guacamole & Toppings

  • 2 pieces Avocado (ripe)
  • 1 piece Lemon (for juice)

Prepare Beans & Guacamole

    Rinse the black beans and warm them in a pan with a little cumin, chili, and salt for 5 minutes. Lightly mash for a creamier texture.

    For the guacamole, mash the avocado flesh with a fork. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optionally finely chopped cilantro.

Assemble Tacos

    Briefly warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave. Fill with the beans, add a generous dollop of guacamole, and garnish with fresh salad or salsa.
