Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans (approx. 400 g)
- 8 pieces Wheat Tortillas 24cm
Guacamole & Toppings
- 2 pieces Avocado (ripe)
- 1 piece Lemon (for juice)
Prepare Beans & Guacamole
- 1Rinse the black beans and warm them in a pan with a little cumin, chili, and salt for 5 minutes. Lightly mash for a creamier texture.
- 2For the guacamole, mash the avocado flesh with a fork. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optionally finely chopped cilantro.
Assemble Tacos
- 1Briefly warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave. Fill with the beans, add a generous dollop of guacamole, and garnish with fresh salad or salsa.
