Ingredients
- 300 g cooked and peeled shrimp
- 120 g red cherry tomatoes
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh garden cress
- 2 tbsp spring onions
- 30 ml cognac
- 3 g granulated sugar
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- 1 pc organic lemon
- 1 pinch fine table salt
Preparation
- 1Cut the cherry tomatoes (Paradeiser) into sixths and lightly press them in a bowl with a spoon to release some juice.
- 2Add the cooked shrimp, mayonnaise, finely chopped spring onions, cognac, and granulated sugar. Carefully mix everything.
- 3Season with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. Fold in the fresh garden cress and finely chopped basil.
- 4Arrange the cocktail in glasses or small bowls and let it chill thoroughly in the refrigerator before serving.
Tip
Serve the cocktail in elegant martini glasses for a particularly festive look.
A few drops of Tabasco add a pleasant, spicy note to the cocktail.
