Arrange the salmon slices elegantly on a flat plate. Place a generous spoon of coconut cream in the center.

Finely pluck the fresh dill and sprinkle it over the coconut cream and salmon. Drizzle decoratively with a little balsamic glaze.

For an even more intense aroma, you can briefly rinse the lime under hot water before grating.
