Tuna Tapas with Quail Eggs

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

In a second bowl, mix the tuna with finely chopped chives, dill, and spring onions. Add the hard-boiled and finely chopped chicken egg. Finally, fold in the cheese cream.
