  • 15 g natural cream cheese
  • 15 g soy sauce
  • 50 g organic lime
  • 15 g red cherry tomatoes
  • 10 g celery stalks

Blend cream cheese, soy sauce, and the juice of half a lime until smooth in a blender.

Arrange the sauce on a deep plate. Cut the celery stalks into fine slices and halve the cherry tomatoes, then spread both over the sauce.

Carefully place the salmon tartare on top and garnish with freshly grated lime zest.
