Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water, pat dry, and season with a pinch of salt.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the salmon fillets on it, add a small piece of butter to each, and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.

Chef's tip

For a particularly intense aroma, you can refine the salmon with some lemon zest before baking.
