  • 150g Fresh fish (Salmon or Cod)
  • 150g Broccoli
  • 200g Potatoes
  • Milk to taste
  • Butter to taste
  • Parsley as needed
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Preparation

    Brush the fish with oil and parsley and bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the salmon).

    Boil the broccoli in a pot for 5-10 minutes.

    Peel and chop the potatoes. Then boil them in water for 15-20 minutes. Mash the cooked potatoes into mashed potatoes. Afterwards, add some warm milk until the desired consistency is reached. Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste.

    Serve the fish with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Enjoy your meal!
