  • 250 g of cod fillet or shrimp
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 package of Goan Curry Sauce
For Refinement & Garnish
  • 100 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander

Cut the fish or shrimp into bite-sized pieces. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and fry the fish or shrimp until golden brown.

Add the Goan Curry Sauce and simmer everything over medium heat until the fish is fully cooked (approx. 3–4 minutes).

Refine the curry with a splash of coconut milk and serve sprinkled with freshly chopped coriander. Fragrant basmati rice is the perfect accompaniment.
