Preparation
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- 2In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, and pressed garlic to form a marinade.
- 3Place the salmon fillets in the dish and generously brush with the marinade. Reserve some marinade for later.
- 4Bake the salmon for approx. 12-15 minutes (depending on thickness) until cooked through and the glaze is lightly caramelized. Brush again with marinade halfway through the cooking time.
- 5Sprinkle with fresh pepper and ideally serve with rice or green asparagus.
