Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200-205 °C. Prepare a baking sheet (at least 30 x 30 cm) and line it with baking paper.
Prepare the salmon fillets: Wash and pat the fish dry. Brush the fillets with rapeseed oil, season them with salt and pepper, and drizzle some liquid honey over them. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and bake for approx. 10-11 minutes in the preheated oven, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: Peel the garlic and place it in a tall mixing container. Add parsley, dill, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, dried oregano, and 50 ml of water. Puree everything finely with an immersion blender and let the sauce steep at room temperature.
Chef's tip
For a particularly fine touch, you can strain the sauce through a sieve. If you don't have fresh dill on hand, you can also use the dried version.
