    Place vanilla ice cream, milk, and vanilla extract into a blender.

    Blend on high speed until the shake is smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add another splash of milk.

Serving

    Pour the shake into two tall glasses.

    Whip the cream until stiff (or use whipped cream from a can) and place a generous dollop on top of each shake. Crown each with a cocktail cherry.
