Preheat the oven to 150 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Measure all dry ingredients (oats, nuts, seeds, sugar) and mix them in a large bowl. One 'part' corresponds to a cup or a container with approx. 100 ml volume.

Add approx. 30 g melted coconut oil and stir everything thoroughly so that all flakes are coated. Finally, mix in the honey or maple syrup.

Chef's tip

For extra large crispy pieces (clusters), gently press the granola onto the baking sheet and do not stir too often during baking. Only break into pieces after it has completely cooled.
