Preparation method

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the shredded coconut with the liquid honey and melted coconut oil until a uniform mixture is formed.

Line a square pan (approx. 20 cm x 20 cm) with cling film. Add the coconut mixture, press it down firmly, and smooth it with the palm of your hand.

Place the pan in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to set.

Chef's tip

For easier coating of the bars, it is recommended to melt a little more chocolate. This allows the bars to be dipped more evenly.
