Quark 500 g Topfen 20% Fett

Whipping cream 100 ml Schlagobers 32% Fett

Vanilla pod 1 Stück Vanilleschote

Granulated sugar 40 g Birkenzucker oder Kristallzucker

Preparation method

Place quark, whipping cream, and sugar in a blender. Slit the vanilla pod lengthwise, carefully scrape out the seeds, and add them to the blender as well.

Blend all ingredients thoroughly until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is formed.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze for approx. 30 minutes. The ice cream can be served immediately after preparation in bowls or cones.
