Preparation method

Place the seeds, nuts, and shredded coconut in a bowl and mix well. You can roughly chop larger nuts beforehand. Add the coconut oil (if solid, briefly warm it) and cinnamon, and mix everything evenly.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 160 °C for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, carefully melt the dark chocolate with a little water. After 15 minutes of baking, stir the melted chocolate into the granola. Bake everything together for another 3–4 minutes. Make sure the granola does not get too dark.
Chef's tip
Serve the finished granola best with fresh natural yogurt or creamy quark for a protein-rich breakfast.
