Preparation method
Prepare the dough

In a food processor, mix the flour with the salt.

Cream the soft butter with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Dissolve the fresh yeast in the lukewarm milk.

Form a well in the flour mixture, add the dissolved yeast and the eggs. Knead everything for about 5 minutes on medium speed.
Chef's tip
Ideally, use a loaf pan measuring 25 × 10 × 7 cm. The proofing time in step 7 can vary depending on the freshness of the yeast and room temperature – be patient until the dough has really risen well.
