Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 210 °C top/bottom heat. Line a square baking dish (approx. 20 cm x 20 cm) with baking paper.

In a medium bowl, mix spelt whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add honey, milk, eggs, and the liquid coconut oil and whisk into a smooth batter.

Pour the finished batter into the prepared dish. Wash the strawberries, slice them, and distribute them evenly over the batter along with the blueberries.

Chef's tip

For a vegan version, you can replace the milk with a plant-based drink and the eggs with a banana or applesauce.
