Ingredients
- 1 pack puff pastry (rolled out)
- 125 g fresh raspberries
- 125 g fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp agave syrup (or honey)
- 1 free-range egg M
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar for sprinkling
- 1 handful fresh mint for decoration
Equipment
- 1 sheet baking paper
Preparation
- 1Preheat the oven to 190 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Brush the baking paper with a little agave syrup or honey where the boats will be placed.
- 2Distribute the fresh raspberries and blueberries on the honey or syrup spots.
- 3Cut the puff pastry into 9 equally sized rectangles. The rectangles should be about 0.5 cm larger on each side than the berry piles on the baking sheet.
- 4Carefully place each pastry rectangle over the berries and gently press the edges so that the fruits are well enclosed.
- 5Whisk the egg and brush the surface of the pastry with it.
- 6Bake the boats in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 7Remove from the oven and let rest for about 5 minutes. Then carefully lift each boat with a spatula or turner and flip it over so that the caramelized fruits are on top.
- 8Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
Tip
Serve the boats warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.

Ein kleiner Tipp: Wenn Sie die Schiffchen noch warm mit einer Kugel Vanilleeis servieren, wird daraus ein echtes Gourmet-Dessert!
