Ingredients
- 1 Freche Freunde Organic Quetschie of choice
- 10 pcs. Raisins
- 1 pkg. Puff pastry
- 2 tbsp. Milk
Preparation
- 1Unpack the ready-made puff pastry and cut out two circles for each Easter bunny - a total of 10 circles. Cut 10 ears from the remaining dough. Place half of the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 2Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat. Place the ears on the circles and press them down slightly.
- 3Place approx. 1 - 2 teaspoons of Freche Freunde Organic Quetschie in the middle and position the wooden sticks centrally.
- 4Cover the bunnies with a second circle and firmly press the edges with a fork. Brush the Easter bunnies with a little milk.
- 5Press two Freche Freunde Organic Raisins as eyes. Bake them for approx. 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown and let them cool.
