- 200 ml kefir
- 20 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1 vanilla bean (pulp)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Baking release spray for greasing
- Blueberries as desired
- Raspberries as desired
- Red currants as desired
- Natural yogurt as desired
- Low-fat quark as desired
- Maple syrup for drizzling

Combine all ingredients for the dough in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Turn on the waffle iron and let it preheat well. Once ready, lightly grease the baking surfaces with baking release spray. Pour in the batter, close the waffle iron, and bake the waffles for about 3 to 3.5 minutes until golden brown. Do not open the waffle iron during baking to prevent the waffles from collapsing or tearing.

Serve the finished waffles with fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, red currants), a dollop of low-fat quark or natural yogurt, and drizzled with maple syrup.
