Preparation of the Dough

Melt chocolate (150 g) and butter (70 g) over a water bath and then let cool.

Beat 3 eggs with granulated sugar (150 g) until frothy. Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture. Mix flour, cocoa, ground nuts, salt, and baking soda and fold them in as well.

Stir the remaining chopped chocolate (80 g) into the dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.
