Separate the eggs. Whisk the yolks with the whole milk, raisins, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt until a smooth batter forms. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold them into the batter.

Melt the butter in a large, oven-safe pan. Pour in the batter and first bake the Kaiserschmarrn on both sides over medium heat on the stovetop.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the pan in the oven and bake the Schmarrn for about 10 minutes until it is golden brown and fluffy.
