Preparation
- 1Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add milk, eggs, and melted butter and stir into a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- 2Heat some oil or butter in a pan. Cook small, thick pancakes in batches over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- 3In parallel, fry the breakfast bacon (Backbacon) in a separate pan without fat until crispy.
- 4Stack the pancakes, arrange the crispy bacon on top, and generously drizzle everything with maple syrup. Serve hot.
