Ingredients

  • 50 g ladyfingers
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp water (hot)
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 10 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

Preparation

    Finely crumble the ladyfingers (preferably in a freezer bag with a rolling pin or in a food processor).

    In a large bowl, stir 1 tbsp instant coffee with 2 tbsp hot water until smooth. Then add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and the crumbled ladyfingers. Mix everything well until a pliable mass forms.

    Form 10 equally sized balls from the mixture. Then roll them in cocoa powder until evenly coated.

    Serve the finished Tiramisu balls immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
Tip
For a particularly fine touch, you can mix a drop of rum essence or real Inländer rum into the mixture.
