Ingredients
- 50 g ladyfingers
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp water (hot)
- 100 g mascarpone
- 10 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
Preparation
- 1Finely crumble the ladyfingers (preferably in a freezer bag with a rolling pin or in a food processor).
- 2In a large bowl, stir 1 tbsp instant coffee with 2 tbsp hot water until smooth. Then add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and the crumbled ladyfingers. Mix everything well until a pliable mass forms.
- 3Form 10 equally sized balls from the mixture. Then roll them in cocoa powder until evenly coated.
- 4Serve the finished Tiramisu balls immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
Tip
For a particularly fine touch, you can mix a drop of rum essence or real Inländer rum into the mixture.
