Wash and clean the broccoli, then divide it into small florets. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the turkey breast into fine strips.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the broccoli, and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Then drain and set aside.

Prepare the couscous according to package instructions: Pour boiling water over it (usually in a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2), cover, and let it swell for about 10–15 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
Chef's tip
For an even creamier version, you can add a splash of lemon juice to the sauce. This perfectly enhances the freshness of the broccoli!
