In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the lemon and lime juice, pressed garlic, finely chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir the marinade well until the salt has dissolved.

Add the chicken wings, mix thoroughly with the marinade, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).

Preheat the oven to 185 °C top/bottom heat.

Chef's tip

Serve the wings with a fresh dip made from sour cream and herbs or classic roasted potatoes.
