Preparation of the Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings, pat them dry, and halve them at the joint. The wing tips can be set aside for a soup.

In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate the wings in it and let them rest briefly.

Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a pot to approx. 160 °C.
Chef's tip
Serve the wings with a bowl of steamed jasmine rice or a fresh Asian coleslaw.
