Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry. If necessary, remove the wingtips and separate the wings at the joint.

In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken wings in it and let them rest briefly.
Frying

Heat plenty of sunflower oil in a pot to approx. 160 °C.
Chef's tip
For extra crispiness, you can let the wings rest briefly after the first frying and then fry them again at 180 °C for another 2-3 minutes.
