Diese knusprigen Hendl-Nuggets sind die perfekte gesunde Alternative zum Fast-Food-Klassiker. Saftiges Hendlbrustfilet wird in einer würzigen Joghurt-Kurkuma-Marinade gewendet und anschließend in einer Panier aus ungesüßten Cornflakes im Ofen goldbraun gebacken. Serviert mit einem erfrischenden Knoblauch-Limetten-Dip, sind sie ein Hit für die ganze Familie – ganz ohne schlechtes Gewissen!

Preheat the oven to 190°C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Rinse the chicken breast fillet under cold water, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces (nuggets).
In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with turmeric, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Chef's tip
For an especially even breading, you can also briefly pulse the cornflakes in a blender, but make sure they do not turn into flour – the texture provides the crunch!
