Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).

First, prepare the aromatic breading: Deseed and finely chop the chili. Finely chop the parsley and garlic as well. Put everything into a bowl.

Add breadcrumbs, half of the olive oil, half of the lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix everything well.
Chef's tip
A whisk is essential for the lemon sauce to achieve a nice consistency.
Use a flat spatula to turn the chicken so that the breading is not damaged.
