Cut the chicken meat into uniform pieces of approx. 3 cm and lightly salt.

Wash the bell peppers, core them, and cut them into pieces roughly the same size as the meat.

Trim the woody ends from the green asparagus. Cut about one third of the bunch into 3 cm long pieces as well. Set aside the remaining asparagus whole.
Chef's tip
Serve the skewers with a fresh herb dip or some extra lemon juice for added freshness.
