- 250 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 package Butter Chicken sauce (approx. 250 g)
- 1 splash whipping cream (approx. 50 ml)
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- 200 g basmati rice
- 2 pieces Naan bread
Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized cubes. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown all over.
Add the Butter Chicken sauce and simmer everything over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes until the meat is fully cooked. Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice according to package instructions and briefly warm the naan bread in the oven or toaster.
Stir a splash of whipping cream into the sauce to make it extra creamy. Garnish the Butter Chicken with fresh coriander and serve with the rice and warm naan bread.
Chef's tip
For an extra nutty note, you can brush the naan bread with a little garlic oil or ghee before warming.
If you prefer more vegetables, you can stir a handful of fresh spinach into the sauce shortly before the end of the cooking time.
