Knusprige Hendl-Strips aus der Heißluftfritteuse sind die perfekte Wahl für ein schnelles und gesundes Abendessen. Durch die Panier aus Cornflakes werden sie besonders kross, ganz ohne viel Fett. In nur 20 Minuten servierfertig!

Preparation method
Remove tendons and fat from the chicken meat and cut into pieces approximately 3x3 cm. Lightly salt the meat. Beat the egg in a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk well with a fork.
Place the cornflakes in another bowl and coarsely crumble them with your hands – it's fine if some pieces remain a bit larger. First, dip the meat pieces in the egg, then firmly press them all around in the cornflake crumbs.
Place the breaded strips in the air fryer basket, drizzle (or spray) with a little oil, and bake at 200 °C for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Turn once halfway through the cooking time.
