Preheat the oven to 190 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Brush the baking paper with a little agave syrup or honey where the boats will be placed.

Distribute the fresh raspberries and blueberries on the honey or syrup spots.

Cut the puff pastry into 9 equally sized rectangles. The rectangles should be about 0.5 cm larger on each side than the berry piles on the baking sheet.

Chef's tip

Serve the boats still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
