Preparation method

Melt the butter in a small pot. Add the fine semolina and lightly toast for about 10 to 15 minutes over low heat. Remove the pot from the stove.

Stir the sifted powdered sugar into the semolina. Add the Inländer Rum spoon by spoon until a mass forms that holds together well and doesn't crumble.

Form small sticks or balls from the still warm mixture. To do this, press the mixture firmly in the palm of your hand and then roll it into the desired shape. Let the sticks dry on a surface until the next day.
