Preparation method
Heat the butter in a pan and briefly sauté the finely grated carrots in it until they soften. Then allow to cool completely.
Place the cooled carrots in a bowl, add the grated Parmesan and cream cheese, and mix everything into a smooth mixture.
Season the spread to taste with a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
