Ingredients

  • 750 ml Dry red wine
  • 300 ml Orange juice
  • 300 ml Sparkling mineral water
  • 200 ml Dark rum
  • 150 g Brown cane sugar
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Handful Ice cubes

Preparation

    Wash the fruit thoroughly, pat dry, and pre-chill in the refrigerator.

    Slice the lemon and orange and place them in a large glass pitcher. Halve the apple, remove the core, cut the flesh into thin wedges, and also add to the pitcher. Add the brown cane sugar and pour in the dark rum. Let everything steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

    After steeping, gently press the fruit in the pitcher with a wooden spoon to release the flavors. Add the red wine, orange juice, and sparkling mineral water. Stir everything well and serve with plenty of ice cubes.
