Preparation
- 1Halve the bagels horizontally and toast them golden brown in a toaster or under the grill.
- 2Slice the red onion into very thin rings. Finely chop the dill.
Assembly
- 1Generously spread cream cheese on both bagel halves.
- 2Top the bottom halves with smoked salmon. Distribute onion rings, capers, and dill on top.
- 3Cover with the top bagel half and enjoy immediately.
