Preparation method

In a bowl, stir the quark smooth with 50 g powdered sugar, vanilla pudding powder, and the egg.

Unroll the puff pastry and spread evenly with the quark cream.

Distribute the (still frozen) forest berries evenly over the cream and carefully roll up the dough into a log.

Chef's tip

Serve the braid best still lukewarm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
