Rub the pork neck with salt, pepper, and BBQ spices. Cook in the oven at 120 °C for about 5-6 hours until it is butter-soft. Then shred it with two forks (pulled pork) and mix with barbecue sauce.

For the coleslaw, finely shred the white cabbage and grate the carrot. Mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper, and let it rest.

Halve the burger buns (sliders) and toast them briefly.
