Hot Dog with Noodles and Crispy Bacon

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat (180 °C convection).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the bacon on it. Cover with another piece of parchment paper and weigh down with a second baking sheet so that the bacon becomes flat and extra crispy. Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.

Remove the top baking sheet and paper. Bake the bacon for another 3–5 minutes until golden brown and truly crispy. Crumble one strip of bacon and set aside for the noodles.
