- 180 g Mini Burger Buns
- 480 g Mini Beef Burger Patties
- 100 g Sliced Cheddar Cheese
- 50 g Romana lettuce
- 150 g Tomatoes (medium-sized)
- 60 ml BBQ Sauce
Sear the mini burger patties on a hot grill or in a pan for about 3 - 4 minutes on both sides. During the last minute, place a slice of cheddar on each patty so it melts nicely. Optionally, cover briefly to speed up melting.
Meanwhile, slice the mini burger buns and toast them briefly if desired. Spread the bottom halves of the buns generously with BBQ sauce. Now, place a Romana lettuce leaf, the meat with melted cheese, and a slice of tomato on top, one after another. Finish with the top bun half and serve immediately.
Chef's tip
For an extra crispy touch, you can briefly toast the cut sides of the buns in a little butter. If you like it spicier, add a few jalapeños to the burger!
