Preparation method
For the spicy sauce, whisk all ingredients (mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, and Sriracha and Sweet Chili Sauce) until smooth in a small bowl.
Briefly heat the pre-cooked pulled beef according to package instructions. Meanwhile, halve the burger buns and lightly toast the cut sides as desired.
Generously spread the Sriracha mayo on the bottom halves of the buns. Distribute the warm meat on top and finish with a generous portion of coleslaw. Place the top halves of the buns on top and serve immediately.
Chef's tip
If you like it extra crispy, you can toast the burger buns in a pan with a little butter. Instead of coleslaw, a fresh green salad also goes perfectly with it.
