Peel the yellow onion and dice it very finely. Wash the fresh flat-leaf parsley, shake dry and finely chop. Mix the diced onion and parsley in a small bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the curry powder with the sweet paprika powder to prepare the aromatic Bosna spice mix.
Cooking & serving
Melt the butter in a pan. Fry the Frankfurter sausages over medium heat until golden brown all over. Alternatively, the sausages can be warmed in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 8 minutes.
