In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour and plant-based milk. Crumble the tofu and add it to the flour mixture. Season with nutritional yeast, turmeric, paprika powder, Kala Namak salt, salt, and pepper.

Peel the onions and dice them finely. Also cut the bell pepper into small cubes.

Melt the vegan butter in a pan and sauté the diced onions in it. Add the bell pepper cubes and fry them along. Add the tofu mixture and fry until golden brown for about 10 minutes.
