- 180 g Carrots
- 150 g Quark
- 1 pc Spring onion
- 20 g Parsley
- 50 g Flour
- 2 pcs Garlic cloves
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Thyme
- 2 g Pepper
- 30 ml Rapeseed oil
- 50 g Millet

Peel and finely grate the carrots. Place them in a bowl and add the finely chopped spring onion, pressed garlic clove, thyme leaves, eggs, and flour. Season with salt and pepper and mix to form a compact, sticky dough.

Heat a pan with enough oil. Once hot, place portions of the dough into the pan as small patties. Fry until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Afterwards, place them on a plate lined with kitchen paper to drain excess oil.

Finally, prepare the dip: Mix the quark with the pressed garlic clove and finely chopped parsley. Season with salt. Serve the carrot patties together with the quark dip.
