Squeeze the lemon. Mix Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.

Finely chop 8 cloves of garlic. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan to fry the garlic until crispy brown. Then mix the fried garlic, oil, and yogurt together.

Slice the remaining 4 cloves of garlic into very thin slices, fry them in a pan with 3 tbsp olive oil to make garlic chips, and place them on kitchen paper. Use these to garnish the dip.
