- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 12 pcs fresh garlic
- 5 pcs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pc lemon
- 2 pcs fine table salt
- 1 pc ground black pepper
Method
- 1Squeeze the lemon. Mix Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.
- 2Finely chop 8 cloves of garlic. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan to fry the garlic until crispy brown. Then mix the fried garlic, along with the oil, into the yogurt.
- 3Slice the remaining 4 cloves of garlic into very thin slices, fry them in a pan with 3 tbsp olive oil until they become garlic chips, and place them on kitchen paper. Use these to garnish the dip.
- 4If you like garlic, you will absolutely love this recipe. The longer you let the dip sit, the more intense the garlic flavor becomes. If you like, simply chop any desired amount of sun-dried tomatoes and stir them into the dip – simply delicious!
