  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • Some ginger
  • Mint for garnish

Preparation

    First, peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.

    Cut off both ends of the orange, peel it, remove the inside of the orange and quarter it. You need to core the apple and cut it into eighths.

    Peel a small piece of ginger and add it to the blender with the banana, orange, and apple.

    Finally, add a handful of spinach and 100ml of water and blend well. Once everything is blended into a thick juice, simply pour into 2 glasses, garnish with mint, and enjoy.
Tip
If you don't want your smoothie to be so thick, just add a little more water.
