Preparation
- 1Brew two espressos and stir the maple syrup directly into the hot coffee so it dissolves well. Let it cool.
- 2Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- 3Pour the milk over the ice. If desired, you can lightly froth the milk beforehand.
- 4Slowly pour the sweetened espresso over the milk to create a nice layered effect. Stir briefly and enjoy.
