Preparation

    Brew two espressos and stir the maple syrup directly into the hot coffee so it dissolves well. Let it cool.

    Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

    Pour the milk over the ice. If desired, you can lightly froth the milk beforehand.

    Slowly pour the sweetened espresso over the milk to create a nice layered effect. Stir briefly and enjoy.
